The difference between muting and banning a member
A muted member reads but cannot write; a banned member is removed.

The shortest way to move your team into a group is an invite link. This post explains how it is generated, how long it stays valid and what the person who clicks sees.
In the group conversation header choose Davet → Bağ üret, then Kopyala. Invites exist only in group conversations; any member who is not muted can create one.
Every link is valid for 7 days and the period is fixed; the person inviting does not choose it. A conversation can have at most 5 active invites at once. A link made in the panel has no usage limit. When it expires the link closes; there is nothing to revoke.
The person who clicks signs in (or creates an account) and joins the group. An expired link, or one that never existed, lands on the "This invite is no longer valid" page and the person asks you for a new one.
Share the link only with the people who will join. If it reaches the wrong person, muting and banning protect the group: see the difference between muting and banning.
