Five habits to keep a team conversation tidy

When team conversations sprawl, information gets lost. Small habits prevent that.

1. One group per topic

Open one group per piece of work and title it with the work's name. You do not need to return to it when done; search still finds it.

2. Use a reaction instead of a reply

✅ for "read" and 🙏 for "thanks" is enough. The conversation stays short.

3. Mention in the right place

When you are asking someone, mention them with @. Because the default notification preference is mentions only, the person hears just in time.

4. Save the important message

Pin or save the information you want to return to; then search instead of scrolling.

5. Set notifications per conversation

Choose Sessiz for noisy groups and Her mesaj for those that concern you closely.
